When a Refund Might Be Given
If you encounter any technical issues with BookedWP, we encourage you to first contact our support team. Our dedicated team is skilled at resolving most problems quickly and efficiently.
Should you find that BookedWP does not meet your needs, you may request a refund. As BookedWP is a digital product, refunds are available within 14 days of the purchase date. When submitting a refund request, we kindly ask you to share your feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations. This information helps us improve BookedWP with every update.
When a Refund Might Not Be Given
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Subscription renewals.
- Upgrades to a higher plan.
- Add-ons or additional services.
